Welcome to my website!
My name is Chandler Warren. I’m Pastor to Students + Families at First Baptist Alcoa in Tennessee.
I graduated in 2019 from Oklahoma Baptist University where I studied theology and philosophy. I then lived in Scotland where I studied for my masters degree at the University of St. Andrews.
As a licensed minister, I have served in local churches in Eastern and Central Oklahoma and have spoken in churches across Oklahoma and Texas–and once London!
I am most interested in the role of tradition in Protestant theology (including Christian Scripture), analytic theology, Protestant catholicity, and the Virgin Mary. Besides my academic interests, I love preaching Scripture and sound doctrine to local churches. I also enjoy reading, exploring, and traveling with my wife.
I write infrequently for Trinityhuas (where I am an associate research fellow) on issues related to theology and church life. You can follow that site for some of those works or follow this blog where I write. Otherwise, if you want to reach me, you can find me on Twitter @ChandlerCWarren or use my contact form on this website.
